Lesson Cancellation Policy
What if I can no longer attend the course?
If you can no longer attend we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
If you are getting in touch less than 14 days before your course begins we cannot guarantee any changes will be possible.
14 days or more before: We are able to move you onto an alternative course. Get in touch and we will reschedule for you.
13-7 days before: We will try our best to move you onto an alternative course but cannot guarantee anything.
6-0 days before: We would not be able to move you at this late stage.
If you can no longer attend the dates you have booked consider giving your place to a friend or someone who could enjoy the lesson in your place.
Non attendance
If you are late to a lesson or miss a whole session we are unable to offer any alternative time in the studio.
Sessions are at fixed timed and you must try your best to attend the session you are booked on to.
Can I get a refund?
Full Refund: We can provide a full refund (minus £5 admin fee) 21 days or more before the start date of said course or workshop.
50% Refund: We will refund 50% of total fees paid (minus £5 admin fee) between 20 - 15 days before the start date of said course or workshop.
No Refund: We provide no refunds 14 days before the start date of said course or workshop.

Disclaimer
If the class you have booked is under 50% subscribed then you will be asked to reschedule onto an alternative course. We will give you as much notice as possible about any changes, but we retain the right to reschedule your class at any time.
How many times can I reschedule?
You are able to reschedule a course a maximum of two times. We need at least 14 days notice before the course start date to accommodate a move.
